Jessica was most recently at Hall Capital Partners, an investment advisory firm with approximately $20 billion of assets under advisement. She was an associate in the real assets group where she was responsible for research, identification, due diligence, and monitoring of real estate, energy and hard asset investments. Prior to business school, Jessica was a real estate associate at the KIPP Foundation where she negotiated and executed construction contracts and financing for site acquisitions and development projects.

Jessica also worked as a Finance Associate in the Real Estate Group and Operation Planning Group for Edison Schools. There she advised and executed on financing of charter school construction and acquisition projects, and managed $100MM in annual budgets across 15 schools. Jessica started her career as a Financial Analyst in Morgan Stanley's Financial Sponsors Group where evaluated strategic and structural alternatives for private equity clients and their portfolio companies.
